Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is recruiting a Home Care Assistant in Airdrie to support clients at home. No experience needed as full training is provided, with a guaranteed hours contract and ongoing support from a caring team.

You will receive a competitive rate (£13.45/hour) with holiday pay, pension and mileage allowance, and weekly pay. The role includes driving between local assignments and flexible shifts to maximise time off.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.

• Ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is required.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily activities such as meal prep, medications, and domestic tasks.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Support clients to participate in planning and delivering their care.
• Accurately record and report daily visit information.

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
