Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Community Builder to work across Derbyshire, building strong networks and connecting residents with local groups and services. This field-based role will involve meeting people in communities, supporting volunteering and developing new community-led initiatives.
The position is permanent and part-time (16.5 hours). You will map assets, coordinate with partners, and collect evidence of impact to demonstrate outcomes in the local community.

Salary: £11,571.17

As a Community Builder, you'll use an asset-based community development approach to identify strengths, connections and opportunities within local neighbourhoods.
