Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Community Builder to help reduce isolation by building local networks across Derbyshire communities. The role involves meeting people, connecting residents, volunteers and partners and turning ideas into action.
You'll spend time out in communities, map assets, develop new groups, promote volunteering and demonstrate impact through recorded outcomes, while upholding safeguarding and data protection principles.
Location: Field Based Across North East Derbyshire
Contract: Permanent, Part Time 21 hours
Salary: £14,726.95
Reporting to: Community Voice Network Facilitator

As a Community Builder, you'll use an asset-based community development approach to identify strengths, connections and opportunities within local neighbourhoods.
