BCP Council is recruiting an Occupational Therapist (Level 3) to work in the Poole Locality. The role is full time (37 hours) and starts at £49,817 per year within a defined pay band, with clear progression as you grow your career.

You will assess adults in the community, provide equipment, adaptations, moving and handling support, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams under supervision. HCPC registration is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• Current HCPC registration in Occupational Therapy.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage your caseload.
• Desirable social care or community experience; transferable skills welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload appropriate to the team’s primary function, acting as case coordinator or lead professional where appropriate.
• Undertake appropriate assessments and participate in multi-agency, multidisciplinary/locality teams and conferences.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary cases as directed and support discharge of statutory duties and service objectives.
• Contribute to service planning and provide clinical reasoning to ensure safe, effective care.
