Zusammenfassung

ARU in Lincoln is seeking a proactive Community Engagement Officer to support Hidden Histories Unearthed, a National Lottery Heritage Fund project. You will work with local communities, volunteers and heritage organisations to deliver engaging activities exploring South Common's archaeology and environmental heritage.

You will coordinate events, volunteer opportunities and outreach, while building strong partnerships with groups and partners, monitoring impact, and helping sustain networks

Qualifikationen

• Two A Levels are required, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience working with community groups, volunteers or the public and enthusiasm for engaging people with local heritage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver an engaging programme of activities connecting people with archaeology and heritage.
• Coordinate community events, volunteering opportunities, outreach activities and skills development.
• Build and maintain relationships with community groups, stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Monitor participation and project outcomes, contribute to evaluation and reporting, and help develop sustainable networks.
