Devon & Cornwall Police is seeking a proactive Communications & Campaigns professional to own the Community Messaging system. You will proofread, distribute and update messages to residents, working closely with officers and staff to ensure timely information delivery.

• Proofread and distribute messages on the Community Messaging system.
• Maintain and administer the database, acting as the main point of contact for system issues.
• Train users across the organisation to use the Neighbourhood Alert System, providing real-time support.
• Analyse performance data and create monthly reports to maximise system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with police officers, staff and external partners to coordinate joint messages as needed.
