• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in addiction, mental health or general medical settings is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage complex care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical management of care packages for service users in MDT settings.
• Coordinate delivery of person-centred healthcare and respond to changes in presentation.
• Deliver individual and group CBT-based therapies and provide necessary physical care.
• Support harm reduction interventions and relevant assessments.
