Shaping Portsmouth in Portsmouth is seeking a Communications Lead to own engaging communications campaigns across multiple channels. You will manage the organisation's website, social media platforms and digital communications, and create newsletters, blogs and case studies.

The role emphasises strong storytelling, relationship-building with partners and not-for-profit sector experience is advantageous. Hybrid working, flexible hours and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a communications, marketing or digital content role.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms, websites and digital campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, proactive approach with CMS and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in charity/not-for-profit sector is advantageous.

• Plan and deliver engaging marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels.
