Shaping Portsmouth is seeking a Communications Lead to own engaging communications campaigns, create compelling digital content and showcase the impact of projects across Portsmouth. The role offers hybrid working, 30 hours per week, and a clear path for development within a collaborative team.

You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, manage digital channels and content, and build strong relationships with partners and local organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing or digital content.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling.
• Experience managing social media, websites and digital campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
• Experience with CMS and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in charity/not-for-profit sector advantageous; SEO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing and communications campaigns.
• Manage website, social media and digital communications.
• Create newsletters, blogs, case studies and promotional materials.
• Develop relationships with partners and local organisations.
• Lead marketing for events, campaigns and community initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analytics to improve results.
