Role

We are currently looking for a Communications Coordinator to join the Communications team in London. Reporting to the Global Communications Manager, the Communications Coordinator is a core member of the corporate Communications team and is responsible for supporting the team across a variety of channels and activity. Responsible for contributing towards and implementing the communications activity for Aman, as well as providing admin support to the team where needed.

Responsibilities

  • You will be experienced in prioritising and handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks with the ability to work independently and in an articulate and efficient manner.
  • Manage invoice processing for the Communications team and maintain accurate budget trackers.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for partners and senior team members, including media, photographers, and videographers.
  • Prepare and update monthly communications reports and presentations, including inserting press coverage and performance data.
  • Support the collation and formatting of press clippings and media highlight books.
  • Assist with the creation and submission of award entries and manage regular updates to internal brand documents.
  • Ensure press photography and materials are uploaded and current on the newsroom.
  • Assist with pitching, planning, and distributing communications to key media markets. Share media coverage with relevant resorts and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor global trends relevant to luxury hospitality and communications
  • Support logistics for press trips, roadshows, and corporate events..

Requirements

  • A graduate degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ideally you would have 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or communications support role.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in formatting and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is preferred.
  • Applicant must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
