This is a brand-new role requiring someone who has owned an organisation's communications, balances strategic judgment with practical writing, and can confidently challenge agencies, colleagues and partners.

We're looking for a Communications and Impact Manager to shape and protect the Steve Morgan Foundation's voice across everything we publish. This is a brand new role, with an exciting remit for the right individual. You'll lead our communications, oversee our website and LinkedIn presence, shape reports and announcements, and direct the work of a retained national communications agency. We're looking for someone who has owned an organisation's communications rather than simply delivered content. Someone comfortable balancing strategic judgment with practical writing, and confident enough to challenge agencies, colleagues and partners when needed. You will also have a genuine interest in the communities, causes and issues that SMF supports.
