Leonard Cheshire Disability seeks a Support Worker to join their team at Newlands House, providing vital care for individuals with physical disabilities. This role includes assisting with daily tasks and fostering independence in service users. With flexible shifts and a strong training program, it's a great opportunity for both experienced caregivers and those looking to start a rewarding career in care.
Occasional hours available. This role is to cover for annual leave and sickness. Days and Night shifts available.
Day shifts are from- 07:30-13:30 or 13:30-19:30 and 07:30-19:30 / Night shifts are from- 19:30 - 07:30.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Newlands House rated "Good" by CQC is a home for 37 people with physical disabilities.
