Ygam is seeking a Communications Planning Manager to coordinate and deliver integrated marketing and communications plans across the organisation. You will brief teams, define goals and audiences, and manage resources to maximise impact.

The role requires a collaborative, confident communicator who can build strong relationships and deliver on time and to budget. You will oversee and coordinate projects with excellent organisational skills, driving strategic thinking and ensuring high standards

Descrizione del lavoro

The Communication Planning Manager is the first point of contact for teams across the organisation briefing in marketing and communication activities.

The role project manages the delivery of integrated communications plans making the best use of our communications channels and internal resource to have maximum strategic impact.

You’ll work with colleagues to define their goals, understand their audiences, develop a great communications brief and then help deliver their campaign by coordinating resources and expertise from across the Marketing and Communications directorate.

You’ll be a true collaborator, a confident, skilled communicator who can build excellent relationships across the organisation, ensuring all communications are planned, resourced and delivered to the highest standards, on time and to budget.

You’ll also have excellent organisational skills, a proven track record of success in overseeing and coordinating projects and be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of integrated communications.

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 per annum
Location: Head Office, 32 Ufford Street, London, SE1 8QD (with flexibility for hybrid working)
