Job Description:

Expleo is seeking a Comms and Engagement Specialist on behalf of our customer, a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation programme. This contract role is based in Solihull and plays a key part in ensuring successful deployment of change initiatives by engaging stakeholders, managing business readiness, and driving adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead communication and engagement activities for incremental deployment releases.
• Describe and communicate the impact of process changes on business roles and user access.
• Identify stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities.
• Support onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users.
• Conduct business change impact assessments with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication and engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Process Leads and key stakeholders to align global business processes.
• Ensure compliance with transformation process architecture and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive communications strategy that promotes user engagement and celebrates milestones.
