Bulten Group is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead sourcing across assigned product categories, driving cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity for global operations.

You will build supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage risk while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards. This role demands strong analytical and communication skills, plus a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in a commercial or purchasing-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strategic sourcing expertise.
• Cost analysis and financial acumen.
• Data analysis (ERP/MRP systems knowledge preferred).

Role Description

The Commodity Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for all assigned product categories to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity. B uild supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage risk, and drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Experience and knowledge required:

• Relevant degree in a commercial or purchasing-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes
