Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group in the United Kingdom seeks a detail-oriented Commissions Analyst to join the UK Finance team. You will verify records for commissionable amounts, process payments in our systems, and communicate payment status to internal and external stakeholders through standardised reporting.

You’ll review subledger data, support AP runs, and collaborate with technology teams to leverage automation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis and management.
• Experience with financial systems and software, ideally Salesforce and Excel.
• Ability to communicate and resolve payment inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage centralised commissions inbox with timely actioning of items.
• Process end-to-end commission payments to align invoiced amounts with agency agreements.
• Routinely review subledger data in Salesforce to identify data inaccuracies and apply agency agreements correctly.
• Provide real‑time updates to internal stakeholders on commission invoices status.
• Provide real‑time updates to external agency stakeholders on commission invoices status.
• Support weekly Accounts Payable batch payment runs by reviewing invoices before inclusion.
• Collaborate with technology teams to identify automation opportunities and communicate manual processes for automation.
