Responsibilities

• Calculate sales commissions across all company entities with full accountability.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly commission calculations.
• Maintain audit trails and supporting documentation for all commission calculations.
• Support T&E processes and act as point of contact for related queries.
• Administer the company car scheme and coordinate with the service provider.
• Collaborate with BI teams to maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
