Registered Nursing Home Manager - Brand New Home!!

Location: North Allerton

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year + Up to £15k bonus

Project Opening: Due to open in September 2025!

The Healthcare Hub is seeking a motivated and energetic Home Manager to join a fantastic healthcare provider in the North East of England. The Home Manager will work closely with the Operations Director to commission the 75-bed home initially. Once opened, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the home and supervising staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission the nursing home (already registered with the CQC)
  • Oversee the running of the nursing home, including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training
  • Conduct staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinary procedures
  • Liaise with external healthcare professionals regarding resident care
  • Build strong relationships with regional and operations directors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC regulations
  • Manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance

Requirements:

  • Registered with CQC
  • At least 2 years of management experience within a nursing home setting
  • Experience working with elderly and dementia patients
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Ability to lead teams and enhance service quality and performance

Benefits:

  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
  • Bonus up to £15,000
