Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced Commissioning Environmental Engineer to lead environmental safety on a major nuclear project. You will develop and maintain environmental controls, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across engineering disciplines on site.

The role requires deep knowledge of UK environmental legislation, risk assessments, groundwater and surface water monitoring, and clear reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of UK environmental legislation, permits and waste management frameworks.
• Extensive experience in environmental risk assessments, safety inspections and assurance activities.
• Strong knowledge of groundwater, surface water and soil assessment and monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills to present data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and provide practical environmental advice.
