Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join their northern division, with base in Manchester or nearby areas. You will work on commercial and industrial buildings, commissioning and troubleshooting BEMS systems, configuring hardware and software, and delivering comprehensive commissioning documentation.

The role requires hands-on BEMS commissioning experience, strong HVAC and electrical knowledge, and familiarity with Trend, Schneider or Sigma

Qualifications

• Experience commissioning and troubleshooting BEMS systems in commercial and industrial environments (HVAC-focused).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and control strategies.
• Experience with or knowledge of Trend, Schneider or Sigma platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commission and troubleshoot BEMS systems across commercial and industrial environments.
• Configure and programme BEMS hardware and software.
• Conduct site inspections and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and post-installation.
• Work with clients and internal teams to deliver BEMS projects.
• Provide technical support and commissioning documentation.

Are you an experienced BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer looking for a full-time role within a growing northern division where you can work on technically challenging building management systems?

Do you have experience commissioning and troubleshooting BEMS systems across commercial and industrial environments, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and control strategies?
