Commissioning Engineer - Water Industry | Up to £50,000 | Wrexham + Travel Across Wales
Are you a Commissioning Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the Water Industry? Do you have hands-on expertise with Mitsubishi GX Works? We're hiring for a permanent position based out of Wrexham, supporting projects across Wales.
Role Overview:
Join a growing engineering team delivering automation and control systems across key water and wastewater sites. You'll be responsible for commissioning work on-site, including programming, testing, and fault finding with Mitsubishi PLC systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Commissioning of water/wastewater process systems
Programming and troubleshooting with Mitsubishi GX Works
Ensuring systems meet performance and safety requirements
Site visits across Wales (fully expensed travel)
Collaborating with project teams for smooth delivery and handover
What We're Looking For:
3+ years' commissioning experience (ideally water industry)
Strong skills in Mitsubishi GX Works / GX Developer
Willingness to travel (Wales-wide projects)
Based within commuting distance of Wrexham
Full UK driving licence
