Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for selling A/C units and maintenance services, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks may include cold calling, conducting presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in lead generation and managing sales pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of A/C units and maintenance services, or the ability to quickly learn
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
