We're looking for a driven, experienced sales professional who’s ready to take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.

What You’ll Be Selling

High-converting, modern websites tailored for tradesmen and construction companies.
Backed by AI tools and design that drive real, qualified leads.
Source your own leads within the UK construction and trade sectors.
Pitch and sell our website services remotely.
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain records using our provided CRM tools.
Collaborate with our team and leverage marketing materials and brand assets to support your sales efforts.
20% commission on every sale — uncapped. (OTE £130,000 Yearly)
£10,000 Christmas Bonus if annual targets are achieved.
No ceiling, no limits — your income is tied directly to your success.

What You’ll Need

3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in commission-only roles.
Proficiency in cold outreach, relationship-building, and deal closing.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
Industry knowledge in construction or trades is a bonus but not required.
