As a remote-first company, we are seeking performance-driven and results-oriented Commission-Based Sales Representatives (Lead Generation Experts/Appointment Setters/Deal Closers) to join our global team. As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, securing appointments, and closing deals. You will be responsible for handling cold outreach through calls and emails while using the latest software tools for lead generation. This is a remote position, which gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while focusing on high-potential markets. We offer up to 20% commission based on performance after an interview assessment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Conducting client hunting and generating high-quality leads.
  • Engaging in cold outreach through emails, calls, and other communication channels to establish new client relationships.
  • Setting appointments with potential clients to showcase the value of our services.
  • Answering RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) inquiries from prospects and ensuring timely responses.
  • Writing tailored proposals to address clients’ specific needs and concerns.
  • Performing sales analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and approaches.
  • Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Communicating effectively with the internal team to align project goals, client needs, and sales targets.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and build trust-based relationships.
  • Experience in gathering and generating leads through various software or online platforms and doing cold outreach and other methods.
  • Ability to respond to RFP and RFQ requests accurately and promptly.
  • Strong proposal writing skills to address client needs.
  • Experience in carrying out sales analysis to improve overall sales processes.
  • Ability to maintain and foster relationships with clients for future collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and ensure alignment.
