We are looking for personable individuals to join our Commis Waiting Team to assist with service during events, private dining room dinners, restaurant service, and bar/lounge service. You will be required to polish glasses, cutlery, and plates, deliver food from the kitchen to the dining rooms, and carry out general cleaning of work areas before and after service. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and carry out all related duties
• Participate in the delivery of food and beverage services
• Abide by company policies and procedures
• Liaise with kitchen, floor, bar, and other departments to ensure service standards
• Handle customer requests courteously and refer to managers when necessary
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, including Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH, etc.
