POSITION OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Ritz Restaurant Department as a Commis Waiter/Waitress.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing outstanding service to our guests while upholding The Ritz London's 5-star luxury standards. As a Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for the running of dishes and supporting the Chef De Rang and Head Waiter teams. Duties also involve taking pride in the care of the restaurant, down to the finest and most minute details, including: polishing all silver, china, and glassware before and after each service; counting and separating soiled or damaged linen and preparing fresh linens before each service; ensuring the restaurant is diligently vacuumed before each service; ensuring the coffee, tea, and milk pots are carefully cleaned after each use; and undertaking reasonable requests to support the function of the kitchen and restaurant teams.
