Job summary

Marston’s Pub Co. is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team. Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a kitchen section as you grow.

You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced kitchen, supporting the daily run and delivering hot, to-spec meals. There is a clear pathway to becoming a Sous Chef with real opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team environment in a fast-paced setting.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Desire to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities
