Job summary

Aspire Lounges in London is recruiting a Culinary Colleague to join the back-of-house team and uphold Aspire’s high hospitality and hygiene standards. You will support the Culinary & Stores teams and help deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

In this role you’ll handle stock, support food safety practices, and assist across shifts, including early mornings and evenings. Training and career progression are available as part of Aspire’s growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for the food service industry.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality kitchen environment.
• Able to work in a team or independently to complete tasks.
• Follow processes and adapt as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Flexible with early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
• Willing to work rotating shifts nearing XX:XX to XX:XX, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the dishwasher.
• Receive and store stock deliveries and rotation.
• Dispose of waste following recycling procedures.
• Restock cleaned crockery.
• Maintain high hygiene levels in all areas.
• Assist the Culinary team with stock retrieval.
• Assist with applying the Food Safety Management System.
