Job summary

Swissport International AG operates Aspire Pre Flight Hospitality lounges across Europe. We are seeking a Culinary Colleague to join the back of house team, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced lounge environment.

You will support the Culinary & Stores team, handle stock, apply the Food Safety Management System, and help deliver Aspire’s service promise. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for the food service industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality kitchen environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to build positive and trusting relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Flexible approach to working hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to work shifts covering various times, 7 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of the dishwasher.
• Receive and store stock delivery and rotation.
• Waste away services following recycling procedures.
• Restocking of cleaned crockery.
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas.
• Assist the Culinary team with retrieving stock required.
• Assist the Culinary team with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.
