Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for a Commis Chef in Energy, located in Scotland. The role offers up to £16 per hour, 40 hours per week, and 5 days out of 7. You will support the kitchen team, learn across sections, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Some experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Catering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food as part of the kitchen team.
• Develop culinary skills across different sections.
• Assist with food preparation, presentation and service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Support stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
• Help deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers.
