Job summary

The Scotsman Group is hiring a Commis Chef to support senior chefs by preparing ingredients with meticulous attention to menu specs. You will work to a high standard to ensure top quality food and consistently comply with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifts including evenings and weekends as needed by the business.
