Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen, monitor food quality and hygiene, and ensure HACCP standards are followed to maintain high levels of service.

Your Job:

What You'll Need:

• Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
• Have a passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Be a team player.
• Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
