Dalata Hotel Group plc in Scotland is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our hotel kitchen team in Glasgow. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the daily running of the kitchen and ensure breakfast products are prepared to high quality standards for guests.
You will monitor food quality and hygiene, adhere to HACCP regulations, and support colleagues to maintain a smooth kitchen service in a busy environment.
