Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in London is launching The WestDill Mayfair Hotel, Colbert Collection. We are seeking a passionate Commis Chef to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences from day one.

Qualifications

• Prev experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong passion for food, culinary excellence and continuous development.
• Basic culinary knowledge and a strong desire to develop technical cooking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across the kitchen.
• Assist Chef de Parties and senior chefs with daily mise en place and service operations.
• Ensure ingredients are prepared and available to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization.
• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards consistently.
