Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with our kitchen standards.
• Support the smooth running of daily food service, including buffets, restaurant service and special events.
• Ensure your section is organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver great food while minimising waste.
