Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook ingredients.
• Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and COSHH procedures.
• Support stock rotation and help minimise food waste.
• Work collaboratively as part of a busy kitchen team.
