Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You will learn new prep skills, bring dishes to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

As part of the team you’ll grow your career and develop skills along Marston’s DNA pathway toward Sous Chef, with flexibility and real opportunities to progress in a lively, supportive pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
