Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team in the United Kingdom. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and potentially owning a kitchen section as you grow.

You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, delivering hot food to spec and supporting the kitchen daily. A clear career pathway toward Sous Chef is highlighted and many employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion to deliver hot food to specification.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and own a section of the kitchen.
• Support day-to-day kitchen running as part of the team.
