Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will help ensure all food is served to the required standard, support the Head Chef, and assist in implementing new menus while maintaining cleanliness and meeting company policies.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all food is served to the required Company standard.
• Support Head Chef in the kitchen operations.
• To aid the Head Chef in implementing new menus.
• To comply with all regulations as stated in the Company policies.
• To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
• To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
