Bartlett Mitchell is inviting applications for a Commis Chef to join our team in Weybridge. Work Monday to Friday with guidance from the site Head Chef, assisting with prep and production to deliver balanced meals.

You’ll be enthusiastic about food, a good communicator, and eager to learn. We support ongoing development through funded courses and masterclasses, with a strong team culture and a focus on high standards.

Qualifications

• Basic food hygiene certification required.
• Experience in a kitchen environment beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prep and production under the Head Chef.
• Help deliver well-balanced meals and keep kitchen organized.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and kitchen cleanliness.
