BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our team in Westminster, London. You’ll assist with prep and production under the supervision of the Head Chef, serving well-balanced meals and maintaining high kitchen standards.

With a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Kitchen experience, you’ll be prepared to learn and grow in a busy contract catering environment. We offer a supportive team, daily lunch, and a range of development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• City & Guilds/NVQ with kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience in preparing freshly made food.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prep and production under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Serve well-balanced meals to clients and staff.
• Keep the kitchen and storeroom clean and organized.
• Follow Chef’s instructions with close attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
