Holiday Inn Peterborough is seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will help deliver our brand standards in a fast-paced environment, support the team, and learn under experienced chefs. This role suits someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys daily teamwork.

We offer 32 hours per week across 4 days with shifts most evenings and weekends. The salary is £12.71 per hour (£21,149.44 per annum).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Chef or in a kitchen environment (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver brand standards.
• Strong team collaboration and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Support chefs in delivering high-quality dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
