Las Iguanas Limited is seeking a passionate Chef to join our South American-inspired kitchens. You’ll organize, coordinate and deliver service across one or more stations in a fast-paced environment, helping to produce dishes to specification and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Organise and deliver service across kitchen sections.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare dishes to specification.
• Support and guide kitchen assistants and porters.
• Ensure the section is prepped and ready for service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
