Las Iguanas is seeking a Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section, delivering consistently great food in a high-energy kitchen. You will lead by example, support junior team members, and help maintain high standards across prep, cooking and plating.

Responsabilidades

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to produce dishes to specification.
• Lead by example—coach and develop junior team members.
• Show off your knife skills and experience.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
