Role Responsibilities
  1. Preparing and assisting in creating dishes using local produce.
  2. Working directly under the Demi Chef de Partie.
  3. Assisting the team in your section to ensure high standards of product and service.
  4. Collaborating with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent.
  • Food Hygiene Certifications.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • A flexible attitude.
  • Experience in a restaurant or hotel background.

Additional Information

This is a permanent position. All applicants should have a stable CV with excellent, traceable references. You must be experienced with fresh produce, possess NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hold a hygiene certificate.
