An enthusiastic and passionate Commis Chef is needed for this wonderful property in the beautiful English countryside to work in their high-quality restaurant and build a great career path.

As a Commis Chef, you will prepare and assist in creating exquisite dishes using local produce. You will work directly under the Chef de Partie, supporting your section to ensure the highest standards, and collaborate with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
• Food Hygiene Certifications
• Good written and spoken English
• Flexible attitude
• Experience in a restaurant or hotel background
• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
