As a Commis Chef, you will prepare and assist in creating fine dishes using local produce. You will work directly under the Demi Chef de Partie, assist the team in your section, ensure high standards of product quality, and collaborate with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge.

This is a permanent position.

Applicants must have a stable CV with excellent, traceable references, experience with fresh produce, NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and a hygiene certificate. You must be working in or residing in the UK, able to prove your right to work, and hold UK/EU citizenship, ILR/PR status, or a valid work permit/visa with at least two years remaining.
