Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen. You’ll prep, assemble and bring our menu to life, working as part of a team to deliver hot dishes to spec.

You'll have the chance to grow your career along our internal pathway, with opportunities to become a Sous Chef as you develop skills and experience within a supportive, people-first local pub company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
