Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen. You will assist with prep, help bring the menu to life and learn the kitchen areas and procedures while contributing to a busy, friendly team. A path to Sous Chef is available through our career pathway, DNA, with real opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as KP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Commitment to delivering hot food to spec at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook dishes under guidance to meet spec.
• Support kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Collaborate with team to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Contribute to positive, customer-focused service.
