Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Chef de Partie / experienced KP to join our kitchen team. You’ll work around 30 hours per week in a busy, lively pub kitchen, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring hot food is cooked to our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Chef role or as a KP is preferred.
• Ability to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with daily running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Maintain cooking standards and food quality during service.
